Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Merge Puzzle 2048 (the “Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the mobile game.
Information We Collect
The Game does not require an account, registration, or submission of your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal information. However, the Game uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you use the Game.
Game settings, scores, saved games, and game progress are stored locally on your device. We do not use Firebase to store your game progress or create a user account for you.
Firebase Analytics
The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve gameplay. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect information such as app events, session information, device model, operating system, app version, approximate location, language, and other technical information. Depending on your device settings, region, and applicable consent choices, Google may associate analytics information with an advertising identifier or other pseudonymous identifiers.
We use analytics information in aggregated or pseudonymous form to understand features such as game starts, game modes, power-up usage, ad interactions, and errors. We do not intentionally use Firebase Analytics to collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location.
Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. For more information, see the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and interaction information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, subject to Google's policies and your device or regional consent choices.
For more information, please review Google's privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
Rewarded Advertisements
If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, the Game may provide an optional in-game reward, such as an additional power-up. Watching an advertisement is voluntary. The Game does not require you to watch an advertisement to play the core game.
Permissions
The Game may request access to the internet and network state so advertisements can load and related services can operate. Vibration access is used for optional haptic feedback during gameplay. The Game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.
Data Storage and Security
Locally stored game data remains on your device unless you remove the Game or clear its application data. We do not operate a server that stores your game progress. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use the platform's standard local storage mechanisms.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because ads may be shown, parents and guardians should review the applicable Google Play and Google AdMob policies for their region before allowing children to use the Game.
Third-Party Services
The Game may use third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service you use through the Game.
Your Choices
- You may disable personalized advertising through your Android or Google advertising settings.
- You may disable sound and vibration in the Game's settings.
- You may clear the Game's local data or uninstall the Game to remove locally stored progress.
- You may choose not to watch rewarded advertisements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, advertising services, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted at this location with a revised “Last updated” date.
Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact the developer through the support email or contact method listed on the Game's Google Play Store listing.
This Privacy Policy should be reviewed for accuracy and legal compliance before publication. Update it if the app's data practices or third-party services change.
